Refund Policy

At Zest Properties, we strive to provide a flexible and accommodating rental experience.
However, we have set clear refund policies to ensure fairness and transparency.
Please review the following terms regarding refunds for our various rental options:
Desk Rentals
Customers must provide at least 7 days' notice before the start of their booking to receive a full refund.
If cancellation is made less than 14 days before the booking, no refund will be given.
If a customer has booked a 5-day rental and has already started their booking but chooses to leave early, no refunds will be provided.
If a customer provides 14 days' notice before the booking start date, they will receive a full refund.
Monthly Rentals
Customers who have rented a desk on a monthly basis and wish to leave early must provide at least 14 days' notice before being eligible for a refund.
HMO and Office Space Rentals
If a customer is renting a room in a House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) or an office space, the refund policy will be outlined in a separate rental agreement specific to that rental arrangement.
